A week in review

It was a realllly long week last week!  It all started great.  I got to spend time with daddy diddle since he didn't have to work on Monday.  It was nice having him around the house.  Tuesday was puppy and mama time.  My babies are very spoiled and all need there time.  Wed I had to go to work :( thats when the week got forever long!  We were leaving ahead of schedule just when the plane shut off.  Yes I said shut off!  Man I feel safe when that happens lol.  Anyways they took our APU which runs the air conditioner on the ground out.  Lets just say we were going some place that it was 100 degrees!!  The next day went off just as wonderful.  We showed up to get someone and first they didn't know we were coming, second they weren't even in the state  Nice I know.  In between paperwork problems and other things the next two days went as normal..... Until we got stuck in Maine!! Not a bad place to be stuck!  We had a lobster boil and grilled some steak.  Everyone enjoyed themselves.  The bad part was having to call daddy diddle and tell him I was not going to make it home.  He had the whole weekend planned out for my birthday weekend.  Nice dinner and spa day!  Man He is wonderful.  So that was my week, long YES!
Diet review!!!
It was really hard to stay on the diet this week but I managed to ok.  See with this diet you can only intake certain food and butter is not one of them!! lol  either is bread.  I only took enough food for 1.5 days and we were gone for 3 days. 
Its normal to gain weight the first 2 days since you can eat whatever you want.  Trust me love eating and so I eat a lot!  My weight went up to 144 lbs, which like I said is pretty normal.  My weight this morning is 139.5 lbs.  Happy ME!!  Even with eating some Maine whoopie pies (to die for!), fresh roasted turkey sandwhich!  I still managed to loose some weight.  I was so surprised!

Goal for the week, To maintain my diet and be down to 135 by next monday.  I can do it!  I will be off most of this week so can have more control of what there is to eat. 
Start 142 lbs
2 day eat what you want 144
7 days later  139.5
= .71 lose per day

Day one

I'm starting on my diet once again :)  First of all I'm going to start with I have done this diet before and had success with it.  So here we go again! Start weight as of last night 142.5  Goal weight 125 but happy with 130.  The first 2 days I get to eat pretty much whatever I want.... mmmm So last night for dinner I had Strawberry shortcake.  It was my birthday cake and it was great.  So as my last night of eating unhealthy we are having pizza and chicken wings.  Lets wee how this week goes.  I plan on doing measurements and weekly scale days

My Birthday!

Today I turn the big  3 0!!!  Yes it's official I'm old.  So lets start out with how I have enjoyed my day so far.  We went to bed about 130 this morning to the sound of rain.  Yes I said the sound of rain.  We have not had rain in sometime here.  So the sound was actually really nice to hear.  Then of course I woke up all night but that's ok because I got to snuggle with my little poop and diddle girl, moo was out on the couch.
Since we layed sod friday I went outside and watered some more.  I then came into a wonderful smell in the house! BREAKFAST!!! and I didn't have to make it :)  My hubby is such a great hubby.  You see I'm the princess on my birthday.  I can get away with anything and don't have do or get or move anything!!  All I have to say is "It's my Birthday!"  and he smiles nodes his head.  So there I was on the couch he started one of my shows and finished my breakfast.  2 eggs 2 toast 2 bacon hash browns and a glass of whole milk, jealous I know :) mmmmmmm  It was wonderful!
He has dinner planned for the night and strawberry short cake for dessert.

I finally figured out how to win giveaways!!!!  It's all in the extra entries.  Most important always check your spam folder.  Did you know that gmail has a spam folder??  I didn't and missed out on a really wonderful giveaway that I had won.  Maybe next time. 
My hubby can no longer complain that I'm just wasting my time doing these giveaways, since I won over $500 in goodies this month!  So as you read please note I may not have kids now but someday we will and I would rather win items for free than have to pay for them.  We do however have a ton of nephews and neices which will be benifiting from these giveaways.  (Can we say free Christmas!!)
