Day one

I'm starting on my diet once again :)  First of all I'm going to start with I have done this diet before and had success with it.  So here we go again! Start weight as of last night 142.5  Goal weight 125 but happy with 130.  The first 2 days I get to eat pretty much whatever I want.... mmmm So last night for dinner I had Strawberry shortcake.  It was my birthday cake and it was great.  So as my last night of eating unhealthy we are having pizza and chicken wings.  Lets wee how this week goes.  I plan on doing measurements and weekly scale days
