A week in review

It was a realllly long week last week!  It all started great.  I got to spend time with daddy diddle since he didn't have to work on Monday.  It was nice having him around the house.  Tuesday was puppy and mama time.  My babies are very spoiled and all need there time.  Wed I had to go to work :( thats when the week got forever long!  We were leaving ahead of schedule just when the plane shut off.  Yes I said shut off!  Man I feel safe when that happens lol.  Anyways they took our APU which runs the air conditioner on the ground out.  Lets just say we were going some place that it was 100 degrees!!  The next day went off just as wonderful.  We showed up to get someone and first they didn't know we were coming, second they weren't even in the state  Nice I know.  In between paperwork problems and other things the next two days went as normal..... Until we got stuck in Maine!! Not a bad place to be stuck!  We had a lobster boil and grilled some steak.  Everyone enjoyed themselves.  The bad part was having to call daddy diddle and tell him I was not going to make it home.  He had the whole weekend planned out for my birthday weekend.  Nice dinner and spa day!  Man He is wonderful.  So that was my week, long YES!
Diet review!!!
It was really hard to stay on the diet this week but I managed to ok.  See with this diet you can only intake certain food and butter is not one of them!! lol  either is bread.  I only took enough food for 1.5 days and we were gone for 3 days. 
Its normal to gain weight the first 2 days since you can eat whatever you want.  Trust me love eating and so I eat a lot!  My weight went up to 144 lbs, which like I said is pretty normal.  My weight this morning is 139.5 lbs.  Happy ME!!  Even with eating some Maine whoopie pies (to die for!), fresh roasted turkey sandwhich!  I still managed to loose some weight.  I was so surprised!

Goal for the week, To maintain my diet and be down to 135 by next monday.  I can do it!  I will be off most of this week so can have more control of what there is to eat.
